376 Estates was created to provide an intelligent and collaborative approach to developing property assets in the Thames Valley.
The owners and directors have a wealth of property development experience gained over 30 years in both construction and property development sectors, having successfully led and managed large construction and niche property development businesses.
Operating out of Oxford, 376 Estates focusses its efforts on the core residential sectors of housing, elderly care and student accommodation. The business also has experience of delivering commercial and mixed use schemes in partnership with landowners and financial institutions.

The 376 Estates team has many years’ experience in construction and property development, having occupied leadership positions within regional, national and mult-national companies. They have been responsible for overseeing the delivery of many major construction and development projects.
We are delighted to announce that we received the award for ‘Best Use of Land’ for our care home development at Broadway, Didcot in the OxProp Fest 2019.
