Paul is a Chartered Surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in the construction and property development sectors. He is a highly motivated and proactive business leader and before co-founding 376 Estates, Paul operated as Deputy Chief Executive of Bouygues UK. He also spent a number of years as Managing Director of the Leadbitter Group.

Bob co-founded 376 Estates and is a Chartered Civil Engineer. He created the Leadbitter Group in 1985 and prior to its sale to Bouygues UK in 2012, as Executive Chairman, lead its growth from a small local construction business to a major regional contractor and property company with a turnover of £430m. Bob has a wealth of property and development experience and over the years has been involved with a wide variety of projects in the property sector.

David has spent his career working for well established and reputable national and international contractors and property developers. With specific expertise in the Housing and Elderly Care sectors, David has worked alongside and led schemes of all sizes, from small rural housing developments to estate regeneration and care villages.

Paul is our Finance Director and has operated in the construction and property development sectors for over 25 years. He holds strong relationships with our funding partners and has particular expertise within the taxation areas of construction and development.
